What types of documents can IntelliDocs™ ingest?
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, images (PNG, JPG), HTML pages, and web scraping. If you have a document format not listed, ask us — we handle most formats.
How long does the ingestion process take?
For a typical library of 100–500 documents, ingestion takes 1–3 days. For larger libraries (1,000+ documents), we typically complete ingestion within 1 week.
Is my data secure?
Completely. Your data is hosted in your own Supabase instance — we never have access to your documents after delivery. You own the infrastructure.
Can multiple team members use the system?
Yes. We build role-based access control — different departments can have different document access. You control permissions.
